THE CHALLENGE
Before working with us, NET faced the challenge that many candidates taking the AM2 assessments were underprepared and lacked the confidence to succeed. Candidates struggled to fully understand all sections of the assessments, how to book them properly, and the best practices to follow.
OUR STRATEGY
To help, we developed a targeted approach focused on creating clear, engaging graphics and instructional videos that covered everything from top tips and common mistakes to step-by-step walkthroughs of useful resources. We even filmed ourselves delivering the information in a friendly, approachable way, making the content feel relatable and easy to follow. All of this was shared across NET’s social media platforms, making the resources accessible to a wide audience exactly where they were already spending their time online.
THE RESULTS
The impact was impressive — within just three months of posting, the content had reached over 50,000 people and garnered more than 119,000 views. More importantly, candidates reported feeling much more prepared and confident going into their AM2 assessments, which translated into better results overall.
