THE CHALLENGE
Before working with us, Sarah and Amy wanted to position themselves as the relatable faces of Polished Kitchen Designs to build a stronger personal connection with their audience. They felt their brand was a bit distant and they wanted people to see the real people behind the beautiful kitchens.
OUR STRATEGY
To bring this to life, we filmed various videos for them, including “day in the life” content that gave viewers a genuine insight into their workdays, showing that no two days are the same and highlighting their passion and expertise. This approach allowed the audience to get to know Sarah and Amy on a more personal level. Alongside this, we created high quality videography featuring detailed walkthroughs of their stunning kitchens — from splashback walls and kitchen bar goals to innovative pantry and storage ideas — showcasing how to personalise a kitchen dream with thoughtful design elements. Authentic client testimonials were also captured, adding credibility and warmth to the storytelling, showing the process from initial designs and planning to completion.
